Purpose: The Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management reflects the role of a manager in any hospitality functional area.  It is the standard management level qualification for the patisserie industry.

Likely functions in the Hospitality Management industry for those who achieve this qualification involve employment as a supervisor or manager within a bakery, restaurant, wholesaler, cake shop, and much more.  Position duties will involve working in and leading a team, planning and product development, sales and marketing, financial administration and much more.
